No, we offer free assessments where we will physically visit the property, assess the extent of the damages, and help your customer understand that next steps that will be required to bring their property back to pre-loss conditions.

Can you arrive to a Customer's house quickly at any time of the day?

Yes, we have the fleet power to take calls 24/7 and we typically arrive within 30 to 60 minutes of receiving a dispatch call!

Are there any limitations on the types of referrals I can send?

While we will be more than happy to provide a free assessment to any customer with damages we will only issue payment for Qualified Referrals - jobs that require mitigation assistance and engage our services. When can I collect payment for sending over a referral?

You can collect payment as early as the same day your customer engages our services so long as our office is open. Even though we operate 24/7 for emergencies, the office is open M-Th from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 3:30pm.

Our pay structure depends on the relationship we form with you and can vary based on factors such as how long we have worked together and how many referrals you send our way.
